Guthrie Shooting Leaves two wounded

Guthrie’s Shady Creek Circle neighborhood was awakened to a steady pop of gun noise in the early morning hours during the weekend. According to Sgt. Anthony Gibbs of the Guthrie Police Department, a dark vehicle approached the 1000 block of Shady Creek Circle about 1:20 a.m. on Saturday.

Fire in Crescent Kills Three Children

Three children under the age of 5 were killed in a house fire in the city of Crescent just before noon on Sunday. Reports say the house on South Oak Street was completely engulfed when fire officials arrived.
