The Guthrie City Council and the Guthrie Public Works Authority (GPWA) held their regularly scheduled meeting of the month Tuesday night. All members of the council were present for the meeting. Mayor Mark Spradlin gaveled the GPWA meeting to order at 7 p.m. The meeting had a consent agenda item approved that included an agricultural lease to Hugh Plagg for $2,256.75. That item had been previously tabled and then reopened for bids in prior months. Plagg was the high bidder of three bidders.
