Jessica Renaker (D.O.B. 5/3/1983), and Jesse Renaker (D.O.B. 8/20/1979) Guthrie, were arrested Thursday, Feb. 2, 2012, charged with four felony counts; two counts of child neglect, one count of maintaining a dwelling house and one count of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony. They are also charged with two misdemeanor counts; possession of controlled dangerous substance (marijuana) and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Judge Phillip C.
