Mandatory redistricting efforts have caused some precinct boundaries to change. As a result, some voters will be assigned to new polling places, Sheleen Winscott , Logan County Election Board Secretary announced today.

Sales tax revenues for Guthrie continue to grow

The sales tax revenue numbers are in for the City of Guthrie from the Oklahoma Tax Commission (OTC). The report issued prior to 89ers Week covers the sales tax period of February 16-28 and estimated sales of March 1-15. The state reported revenues for the state at $179.

The 93rd Annual 89er Days Celebration is in the books. While the windy weather would not cooperate, the rain stayed away, and the crowds flocked to downtown Guthrie for four days.

Juveniles being held on downtown weekend stabbing

A stabbing on Saturday afternoon injured three people and has resulted in the arrests of two juveniles. The juveniles remain unnamed as they made initial arraignment proceedings in front of Judge Luke Duel on Monday afternoon.
