Husband and Wife Charged with Child Abuse and Creating Child Pornography

A probable cause affidavit for arrest without a warrant was issued for Christopher Levi Chang and Evelyn Esther Chang. They were arrested each for counts of possessing child pornography as well as three counts of child abuse.

Altercation between OHP and Kemp Results in Charges

The Logan County District Attorney’s Office charged Nancy Elizabeth Kemp, 68, with four misdemeanors on Monday following an altercation that took place between Kemp and Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Preston Cox.

Former Cashion Football Star Dies in Cliff Jumping Accident

Brexten Green, a star football player from Cashion and current player at Emporia State, died in a July 2 cliff diving accident at Grand Lake. According to the Grand River Dam Authority, police recovered a body in 31 feet of water on Saturday evening.

Post Office Raises Prices

The United States Postal Service (USPS) will be raising their rates this month. According to information that was released on the USPS website, on April 6, the United States Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) of price changes to take effect July 10.
