County cracks down on tax delinquents; auction set for June 8

Dozens of lots, tracts and parcels of land in Logan County, including some in Guthrie with historical significance, will be sold at public auction unless their owners pay thousands in back taxes by June 8.

The Guthrie Rotary Club Students of the Week are Julian Duncan and John Allen. Julian is the son of Kyle Duncan, Sr. and Jessica Watkins. He is active in basketball, Special Olympics and FFA. After graduation, Julian plans to work in Landscaping. John Allen is the son of Vanya and Shawn Allen.

Twin Cedars’ Hoppy Camper Event Pours in Community Support

The sixth annual Hoppy Camper fundraiser drew a large crowd to Camp Twin Cedars, bringing together craft beverage enthusiasts and community supporters for an evening benefiting the local nonprofit camp and raising more than $32,000.
