Our beloved Mom and Mah, Charlotte Lanell (Wesley) Dudek, 71, of Mulhall, OK passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2020 in Oklahoma City, OK. She was born July 11, 1948 in Guthrie, OK to Charles and Ruth (Franklin) Wesley. Charlotte grew up on a farm west of Mulhall. She graduated from Mulhall High School in 1966. In July of 1966, she married the love of her life, Jerry. They spent 51 wonderful years together until his passing in 2018. Together they lived on a farm west of Mulhall. They had 3 children, Julie, Casey, and Scott.

Valda Elaine Rodgers, age 95 of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma passed away on June 19, 2020 in Oklahoma City. She was born on December 26, 1924 in Lockridge Oklahoma to Macy V. and Alma (Christner) Perry.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 at Christner Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.

Luanna "Joy" Triplett, age 80 of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away on June 16, 2020 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Joy was born on September 9, 1939 in Yale, Oklahoma to Nolon L. "Pap" and Jessie E. (Sapp) Clemons.

Joy moved to Guthrie from Yale and had been living in Guthrie for the last 57 years. She was a self-employed bookkeeper for 40 years. Joy was married to Lloyd Franklin Triplett for 42 years until his passing in 2014.

WICHITA, KS - Schmiedbauer, Joe John 94, Retired Chemical Plant/Production Supervisor at Vulcan Chemicals, died Monday, June 15, 2020. Viewing will be from 3:00 – 6:00 pm, Sunday, June 21, 2020, at Downing & Lahey West Mortuary. Rosary will be at 9:30 am, Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am, Monday, June 22, 2020, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church. Joe was an avid fisherman, gardener, and bridge player. He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in both WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was honorably discharged as a Staff Sergeant. Preceded in death by his parents, Joe Schmiedbauer and Nellie Cannon; wife of 57 years, Alice Schmiedbauer; daughter, Susan Schmiedbauer. Survived by his sons, Michael (Lynda) Schmiedbauer of Lone Pine, MT, Kenneth (Lisa) Schmiedbauer of Wichita; daughter, Carolyn Goevert of Wichita; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren. Private services to be held for John “Jack” H. Chamberlain, Jr., at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church. John was 90 years old when he passed away quietly at his home in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He was born on October 20, 1929 in Omaha, Nebraska to John “Jack” Harold Chamberlain, Sr. and Geneva Mildred (Roland) Chamberlain. On July 3, 1950, John married Mary Elizabeth “Lizzie” Mendietta in Los Angeles, California and of this union three children were born: Cecilia, Nick, and Mary. John and Lizzie moved to Guthrie, Oklahoma in 1991. Lizzie passed away on April 16, 1996.
