Tyronea Powell, a 23 year old Guthrie woman, was arrested on a charge of first degree rape of a 13 year old boy. Powell was down on her luck and moved in with family friends to regain her footing.

Fleeing Felon Fires at Deputy

Dylan Matthew Jackson is in custody after a shootout during a police chase ends in a wreck on I-35. Jackson, 26, and his passenger, 24-year-old Ireland Sheehan, were riding a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle along Division Street around 4.a.m. Thursday.
