July Heat Punishes Oklahoma

The seemingly impenetrable heat wave and dry spell that had punished Oklahoma since early June continued through nearly all of July, giving Oklahoma the type of scorching hot weather unseen in the state since the brutal summers of 2011 and 2012.

In Memory of Lieutenant Mark Bruning

Funeral services for Mark Bruning were held today at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, August 3, 2022, at Community Church (512 Seward Road, Guthrie, OK 73044) with Pastor Bill Williams and Chaplin Gene Owen officiating. Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 2nd from 12:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
