Ricky Lee Watts, age 64 of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on August 14, 2022, in Tulsa. He was born on May 28, 1958, in Perryton, Texas to Richard Lee Watts and Nancy (Sudik) Watts. A private family graveside will be held at a later date. Services are under the direction of Hayes Funeral Home.
