Memorial Lunch Event to Honor Lt. Bruning

A memorial event on Thursday will honor the memory of Lt. Mark Bruning, who had served 20-plus years in the Guthrie Police Department before passing away July 28.   The Aug. 18 event, which is from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
