Guthrie Celebrates ‘89er Days

The spirit of Oklahoma’s beginnings comes alive this week as Guthrie kicks off its annual ‘89er Days Celebration, a tradition that honors the city’s founding and the historic moment that put it on the map.

Mulhall-Orlando FFA Wins Aggie Day Agribusiness Title

The Mulhall-Orlando FFA chapter claimed first place in the Farm and Agribusiness Management contest at Aggie Day Interscholastics hosted by Connors State College on April 2, finishing with a team score of 555.

Guthrie Rotary Student of the Week

The Guthrie Rotary Club Student of the Week is Carson Olmsted. He is the son of Angela & Cody Blevins and Matthew & Erin Olmsted. Carson is active in varsity tennis and National Honor Society. At the State level, in 1-Doubles, he took 3rd in 2024 and 5th in 2025.
