Guthrie Family Pleads for Answers

A Guthrie family, along with Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers, are still seeking closure to an accident late last month in Logan County that left two relatives with serious injuries.Now, one family member is even offering a reward to locate the driver who fled the scene.

Charter Oak Elementary Construction Continues

Construction crews continue work on the expansion of Charter Oak Elementary. The building is now dried in with exterior brick completed, EIFS wall covering underway, and interior sheetrock, sprinkler lines and ductwork being installed.

Guthrie Public Schools kick off 2025-26 academic year

 Guthrie Public Schools opened the 2025-26 school year Wednesday morning, with students returning to classrooms across the district.At Guthrie High School, the day began with a planned late start to allow seniors to take part in the traditional senior drive.
