Update on $10M Guthrie youth sports complex

The longtime project to build a premier youth sports facility in Guthrie is in motion. At the Guthrie City Council Meeting on Tuesday night, Leroy Alsup, the Guthrie City Manager reviewed the proposed master plan developed by Sports Complex Task Force that was appointed by the Guthrie City Council.

BlueJays finish season 20-12

The Guthrie Bluejays baseball team traveled to Edmond Santa Fe on May 13 for its quarterfinal game in the Class 5A state championship tournament. The Pryor Tigers jumped on senior pitcher Josh Rains for nine runs in 2.1 innings to cruise to a 13-4 win and end the Bluejays season.
