Kinley Rivera and her Mulhall-Orlando basketball teammates picked a lot of pockets Friday night. Rivera had five of the Lady Panthers’ 21 steals in a 51-36 home win over Shidler High School.

Kary Heath’s Crescent High basketball team played its worst game of the season the first time it faced Class 2A rival Cashion earlier this month.The Lady Tigers absorbed a humbling 6118 defeat in the first round of the Three Rivers Tournament at Watonga on Jan. 8.

CASHION BOYSThe boys’ and girls’ basketball teams were back in action after a couple of weeks off, and both squads played like they couldn’t wait to compete again.“The first game coming off Christmas Break is always welcomed after two weeks off,” boys coach John Hardaway told the News Press.
