Paula Arleen Mack, 61, of Mulhall, OK, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on August 17, 2021. She was born on March 26, 1960 in Guthrie, OK.
Ms. Mack graduated from Oklahoma State University, then continued her career at the Logan County Extension Office, where she worked for 15+ years. She also did volunteer work for Mulhall-Orlando and Logan County 4-H Clubs.
Arleen was a fixture at sheep shows around the state. She loved nothing more than helping her grandkids get ready for sheep shows and watching them out in the ring. She has passed this passion of showing sheep down to all 6 of her grandkids. Not only did she support her grandkids in the show ring but she also enjoyed attending their sporting events. Those 6 grandkids were her world and she made sure they were always taken care of no matter what, including working two jobs every year to make sure the grandkids always had the best Christmas ever.
She is survived by Lena Mae Knopfel (Mother), Stacy Foshee (Daughter) and Adam Foshee of Guthrie, OK, Brandi Haley (Daughter) and Chad Haley of Moore, OK, Becky Webb (Sister) of Perry, OK, and her grandchildren; Shelby Frost, Madison Frost, Aden Foshee, Avery Foshee, Keiton Haley, and Keegan Haley, and two nephews Carson and Kade Webb.
She was preceded in death by Paul Knopfel (Father) and Suzanne Knopfel (Sister), Fred and Velma Frey (maternal grandparents) and Carl and Margaret Knopfel (paternal grandparents).
Graveside funeral services for Arleen were held at 10:00 A.M., Friday, August 20, 2021 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery in Mulhall with Pastor Charley Ward officiating. Services were under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, 220 North 1st St., Guthrie, OK 73044.
