Two members of the Mulhall-Orlando FFAChapter, Kaylee Blagden and Hannah Schmit, have earned one of the highest honors that can be bestowed upon an FFA member—the American FFA Degree.
The American FFA Degree recognizes FFA members who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to their chapter, community, and Supervised Agricultural Experience (SAE) programs. Recipients must meet extensive requirements involving leadership, community involvement, agricultural experience, and financial investment in their future.
For Kaylee Blagden and Hannah Schmit, receiving this degree represents years of hard work and commitment to agricultural education and the FFAorganization. Their accomplishments reflect not only their individual dedication, but also the support of their families, agricultural educators, and the Mulhall-Orlando community.
Both members will be recognized nationally during the 2026 National FFA Convention & Expo in Indianapolis, Indiana, in October, where they will join thousands of FFA members from across the country celebrating their achievements.
The American FFA Degree is earned by only a small percentage of FFA members, making this accomplishment a significant milestone.
The Mulhall-Orlando FFA Chapter is proud to have Kaylee Blagden and Hannah Schmit represent the chapter on the national stage. Their accomplishments serve as an example of what can be achieved through a commitment to agricultural education.
