The Guthrie Rotary Club Students of the Week are Megan Medford and Sir ‘William Morgan. She is the daughter of John and Carrie Mefferd. Megan is the Senior Class President. She had been in Student Council for 4 years, National Honor Society, 3 years, football trainer, 4 years, powerlifting trainer, 3 years, and Bluejay Crew, 2 years. Megan was selected for the UCO Leadership event. After graduation, Megan plans to study Pre-Medical Biology at OU. Sir’William is the son of Crystal Bassett and William Morgan. He plays football and wrestles. He is the Team Captain for the 2026 football team and placed 4th in wrestling State. Sir was a part of the 2024 football runner-up team.
