The Logan County Police Department arrested a man on Dec. 18 for allegedly recording minors.

The LCPD put out a warrant for the arrest of 60-year-old Roland Ray Butler on Dec. 17 before arresting him the next day on two felony counts of taking clandestine videos.

Butler was at a residence in Logan County when he allegedly took two videos secretly recording minors. According to the arrest report, Butler’s face can be seen in both videos, which were seized in a search warrant that included two of his personal electronic devices – a Fusion 5 Windows tablet and a Samsung cell phone. In the first video, Butler can be seen walking down a hallway and placing his phone under a door, recording a minor. In the second video, his face can still be seen as he again slides his cell phone under a bedroom door again. Two different victims are seen in each video.

Butler was booked into the Logan County Jail. He is scheduled to go to court on Jan. 28, and his bond has been set at $50,000.
