Logan County voters who want an absentee ballot mailed to them for the Nov. 3 General Election should apply soon, County Election Board Secretary Sheleen Winscott said.
Any registered voter who is eligible to vote in the election may request an absentee ballot. No excuse is required.
The deadline to request an absentee ballot is 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 19. Requests can be submitted through the OK Voter Portal at oklahoma. gov/elections/ovp. Forms also are available at the Logan County Election Board, 224 E. Vilas Ave., Guthrie, and online at oklahoma. gov/elections.
Winscott encouraged vot- ers to allow plenty of time for ballots to be received, completed and returned.
Military personnel and overseas voters may have additional options for requesting absentee ballots.
Completed absentee ballots must be received by the County Election Board no later than 7 p.m. Nov. 3.
