William Bronnie Campbell, 89, of Guthrie, Oklahoma went to join our Heavenly Father on October 12, 2023. Bronnie was born October 8, 1934 to Joseph Eldon and Ova Mae (Larkins) Campbell in Norman, Oklahoma.

Bronnie met his wife Jeane (Williams) Campbell while they were in high school in Barnsdall, Oklahoma. They married in 1955 while Bronnie was attending OU. They had 2 children, Beth (Campbell) Kinser and Lynn (Campbell) Haun, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.

Bronnie trained as a medical technologist at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa. He spent 6 months basic training at Ft Chaffee in the army in 1956 and 11 years in the Army National Guard. He also spent 11 years in the Air National Guard. He spent 1 year on active duty stationed in Tulsa. He was a medic and ran the treatment room where they performed physicals.

Bronnie, Jeane, and their youngest daughter, Lynn moved to Edmond, Oklahoma in 1975 where he worked at Edmond Memorial Hospital until he retired in 1996. They moved to their current residence in 1998.

He was a charter member of the New Covenant Methodist Church in Edmond and also a member of West Guthrie United Methodist Church.

He was a 32nd degree Mason and a past Master of Masonic Lodge 35. He also was a member of Masonic Lodge 169 and was also a member of the Scottish Rite and enjoyed doing tours of the Temple.

Bronnie is preceded in death by his father, Joseph Eldon Sr.; his mother, Ova Mae; and his brother, Joseph Eldon Jr.

He is survived by his wife, Jeane Campbell; both his daughters and their spouses, Beth and Harrison Kinser and Lynn Haun and Billy Bird, Jr.; and his six grandchildren and their spouses: Bronnie and Valerie Kinser, Buddy and Pam Kinser, Vicki (Kinser) and BJ Pointer, Angela (Haun) and Nathan Hudler, Johnathan Ready, and Billy ”Trey” Bird, III. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren: Marcus Ryan, Josh Kinser, Bronnie “Tinker” Kinser, Whitney Kinser, Lane and Sierra Pointer, Dakotah Pointer, Owen Hudler, Dylan Hudler and Logan Hudler along with three great-greatgrandchildren: Bently Killion, Brekken Killion and Ezrah Pointer.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at West Guthrie United Methodist Church with Pastor John Curtis officiating. Burial will be held at 3:00 P.M. at Ethel Reese Cemetery in Barnsdall, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, Guthrie.
