Hirzel signs LOI with SBU Bison

Guthrie Senior football All-Stater Landen Hirzel signed a letter of intent to attend Oklahoma Baptist University in Shawnee next season on Feb. 1.

Hirzel was a linebacker this season in the Bluejays defense and has been active for three years with the Bluejays. Hirzel was also the deep snapper for the special team’s unit. Hirzel had 149 tackles with 11 sacks, another 29 tackles for loss and 46 quarterback hurries. Hirzel was selected for the Oklahoma Coaches Association team for a game to be played at OBU in July.
