Guthrie Public Schools has opened online enrollment for the 2026-27 school year and is reminding all families that every student must complete the registration process before classes begin.
Registration opened July 6 and is required for all students in prekindergarten through 12th grade, including those who attended Guthrie Public Schools during the 2025-26 school year. Enrollment is completed online through the district’s Infinite Campus system.
District officials noted that school office staff will return full time at the end of July, and most registrations will not be processed until that time.
As part of the enrollment process, families must provide two proofs of residency dated June, July or August. Documents must clearly display the parent or guardian’s name, service address and dates of service.
Accepted residency documents include: Lease or renter’s agreement or mortgage statement.
Utility bills for electric, gas, water, trash or propane service.
Homestead exemption form.
Internet, cable, DirecTV or Dish bills.
Cellphone bills, bank statements and insurance documents will not be accepted because they do not include a service address.
Residency documents must be in the name of the parent or guardian completing the registration. Families living with another person must complete a notarized residency affidavit through school personnel and provide the required residency documents from the homeowner or lease- holder.
New student families will also need to submit additional documentation, including a state issued birth certificate, current immunization records or exemption form, previous school records when available and any applicable guardianship, custody or tribal membership documents. Kindergarten and seventh grade students must have updated immunization records.
