National Day of Prayer Breakfast, sponsored by the Guthrie Ministerial Alliance (GMA), will be held on Thursday, May 5 at 6:50 a.m. at the Community Church in Guthrie.
Local and state leaders will gather to pray for areas like Government, Business, Military, First Responders, Media Arts, Education, Church and Faith, and Family.
A hot breakfast buffet will begin at 6:50 AM followed by a program that includes special music by The Family Spirituals and a prayer led by state and local leaders, including;

- Senator Chuck Hall
- Judge Rob Hudson
- Sheriff Damon Devereaux
- Bill Perring (GPHS Music & Drama)
- Bobby Stitt (Mercy Hospital)
- Dr. Mike Simpson (GPS Superintendent)
- Don Riepe (Community Church)
- Josh Seabolt (Generations Church)
The breakfast should end by 8:00 AM.
