Guthrie City Council approves Mission Hills Section 2 project improvements

The Guthrie City Council Tuesday approved all water, sewer and paving improvements for Mission Hills Section 2 Phase I and acceptance of a 60-foot roadway easement dedication to the City of Guthrie (Prairie Grove Road realignment).
