The Logan County Board of Commissioners met last Friday in order to discuss future improvements to the Logan County community.
A $74,000 donation has been approved unanimously by the Logan County Commissioners. This donation has been provided by BOGI Developers to District 1 in order to pave 233 feet of May Avenue south of Industrial.
Other items unanimously approved by the Board of Commissioners included;
- The minutes from June 30th and July 1st.
- A resolution vacating a part of section line between sections 33 and 34, Township 19 North, Range 3 West, also known as Santa Fe between County Road 64 and 65.
- Renewing services for the Health Department for fiscal year 2022 to 2023 including; AT&T, RK Black, Leslie Rojo-Chavez, FP Mailing Solutions, B & C Business Product, Jan-Pro and Language Line.
- Acknowledging the receipt of the State Auditor’s annual Treasurer Statutory Report.
- A renewal with Turn Key Health for inmate health care for fiscal year 2022 through 2023 in the amount of $20,273.56 per month.
- A Software Lease/Maintenance Agreement with TN Consulting Inc. for the Treasurer’s office in the amount of $22,980.00 for fiscal year 2022 through 2023.
- Juvenile Detention Contracts for fiscal year 2022 through 2023 in the amount of $44.50 per day for both the Community Works of Cleveland County and Pottawatomie County.
The Consent Agenda was also approved unanimously by the Board of Commissioners.
