Deadline Week; Oklahoma Youth Expo

It was a short week at the Capitol, but last week, the House completed its third reading deadline on Thursday, March 14. We passed 422 bills and joint resolutions off the House floor before the deadline, just a fraction of the thousands of measures filed this year.

Oklahoma gains essential roles influencing energy policy

Oklahoma Corporation Commission Chairman Todd Hiett has been elected vice president of the Regional State Committee of the Southwest Power Pool (SPP).Hiett has also accepted an invitation to join the Washington Action Program of the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners (NARUC).
