United Way of Logan County is encouraging community members to support its annual campaign through a raffle fundraiser offering two prize packages.Raffle entries are $5 each, or five entries for $20. Each entry provides a chance to win one of the featured packages. Winners will be drawn Jan. 27.

Beacon Drive-In Theatre Sold, Ending a Guthrie Tradition

The end of an era has come for the Beacon Drive-In Theatre in Guthrie, which has been sold, and will be replaced by Communication Federal Credit Union. CFCU is set to build a new bank at the longtime location at 2404 South Division Street.

Pedestrian Improvements Underway

Construction is underway at the intersection of Oklahoma Avenue and 1st Street as part of an ADA accessibility improvement project aimed at enhancing pedestrian safety and accessibility in Downtown Guthrie.
