Weather plays havoc with state tournament events

The Weather has causes the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association (OSSAA) to reschedule events this week.

Guthrie's wrestling team will now compete in Duncan on Saturday Feb 20 and Monday Feb. 22 to qualify for the state tournament. the Cashion wrestling team will travel to Blackwell on the same days for their 3A regional

The Coyle basketball teams regional games in Agra are now scheduled for Saturday Feb.20 with the girl playing Lomega at 6 p.m. and the boys playing Dover at 3 p.m. The tournament will then continue on Monday Feb. 22 and Tuesday Feb.23. Game times for those games will be announced after the completion of Saturday's games.

The Mulhall-Orlando boys basketball game against Watts will be at 3 p.m. in Glencoe on Saturday. The Panthers are in a win or go home elimination bracket. A Saturday win will put them in an 8 p.m. game on Monday Feb.22 against the loser of Wesleyan Christian and Lomega in Agra.

The Crescent/Watonga Class 2A district games in Watonga will now be Tuesday Feb.23 with the girls game at 6 p.m. and the boys game at 8 p.m.

The Cashion basketball teams both drew District byes and will return to regional action on Feb.24 in Cashion for games at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
