Phil S. Davis died peacefully on April 12, 2021 in Palm Desert, California. He was born on March 30, 1946 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He was a banker for his entire career and held positions with Bank of Oklahoma, Wells Fargo and most recently El Paseo Bank where he ultimately retired.
