Joan Louisanne Putman, of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away on November 19, 2023, in Guthrie at the age of 87. She was born on May 4, 1936, in Illinois to Perry Eugene and Helen Catherine (Nelsen) Willits. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
