Linda Marie Stout

1953-2024

A memorial service for Linda Marie Stout will be held at 2:00 P.M., on Friday, April 12, 2024, at Hayes Funeral Home Chapel with Chaplain Gene Owen officiating. Linda was born on August 27, 1953, in Guthrie, Oklahoma, to Lindy and Deloris (Newland) Henderson. Linda passed away on March 23, 2024, in Oklahoma City.

Linda lived her entire life in Guthrie, where she graduated from Guthrie High School in 1971. She was a dedicated and loved waitress at the old Hilltop Cafe and later worked at Walmart for 25 years. In her free time, she enjoyed playing games on her tablet, coloring, and visiting the casino. Linda found joy in simple pleasures.

Survivors include her son Jimmy Stout and wife Kathy, daughter Tanya Sullivan and husband Mike, sister Donna Goodwin and husband John Jr., sister Cathy Emery and husband Donnie, brother Stephen Henderson and wife Susan, sister Trish Bieghle, sister Janet Sumpter and husband Steven, sister-in-law Sandi Henderson, six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Linda was preceded in death by her husband James in 1997, parents Lindy and Deloris Henderson, brother Robert Henderson, and sister Gail Morrow.
