Congratulations to the 4-H Speech and Job Readiness members who gave their speeches and were interviewed on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 at Orlando High School, Orlando, OK. The contests are designed to develop self-confidence and skills to build their futures. The speech contest offers categories in prepared speech, 4-H ritual for first time 4-H members, famous person and extemporaneous. Job Readiness contest consists of applying for a position, writing a resume, in-person interview and writing a thank you letter.
