2024-08-19 10:06AM - SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: 1900 block S DIVISION, NOAHS ARK: At Noah’s Ark, Caller indicated an elderly male had just defecated on their lawn, in front of the daycare children. Male subject was a white male wearing a white plaid shirt and blue jeans, with a jacket and baseball cap.
2024-08-19 10:20AM EPO/VPO VIOLATION: 400 block Roundhouse Rd, Caller reported the landlord was going to pack up their belongings and put them in a shed.
2024-08-19 10:42AM KIDNAPPING: Walmart, Caller stated he had kidnapped a white female, stock with light brown hair and blue eyes. He stated she was in the wrong place at the wrong time and he was holding her hostage. Caller was advised to be a Hispanic male who claimed he was a cartel member, he had run over the female with his vehicle. Caller demanded $5000 or he would rape her, kill her, and sell her organs. The call was later reported to be false, and no actual kidnapping was involved.
