The Guthrie Rotary Student of the Week is Raley Hooper. She is the daughter of Kristen Hooper. Raley is the Student Body President. She is active in choir, Pied Pipers, Student Council, Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society, FCA, Cross Country, Track and Bluejay crew. After graduation, Raley plans to attend OU and major in Secondary Education/ English.
