Eddie Leroy Brawner, age 83 of Stratford, Oklahoma passed away on June 1, 2023. Eddie was born on June 24, 1939 to Alvin and Pearlie Mae (Brandenburg) Brawner in Guthrie.
Eddie worked at NASA in Cape Kennedy (Canaveral), Florida helping with launch support until his retirement. In his spare time he loved to fish and collect pocket knives.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years Beverly, daughter Valerie Him and husband Dennis, daughter Deborah Phillips and husband Brad, brother Eugene Brawner and wife Elizabeth, brother Frank Brawner and wife Eunice Gene. Eddie is also survived by six grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside memorial service will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 10:30 A.M. at Summit View Cemetery with Pastor Rex Haymaker officiating.
