Cason Wayne Frieburg of Guthrie faces seven felony counts in Logan County District Court, including possession of construction or farm equipment, including two bulldozers; possession of two stolen vehicles; and unlawful possession of a firearm.

A glance at the charges:

* He is alleged to have had possession of stolen or farm equipment by receiving a Caterpillar skid steer that had been stolen from Allen Contracting, court records show. If convicted, he faces a prison term up to 10 years, or by a fine of not more than $500,000, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

* He faces a charge of possession of stolen construction or farm equipment by allegedly receiving stolen equipment, a Komatsu 39EX bulldozer, previously stolen from RD2 Excavation. That charge carries up to 10 years in prison, up to a $500,000 fine, or both fine and imprisonment.

* He also is charged with two more counts of possession of stolen construction or farm equipment, by receiving stolen equipment of a Caterpillar D5K bulldozer, which was stolen from Sewell Brothers, Inc.; and a Generac generator, which the owner says was stolen from US Cellular. Frieburg faces up to a decade in prison on each of the two charges, and a fine, or both fine and imprisonment.

* Court records show that Frieburg faces a charge for possession of a stolen vehicle, for knowingly having in his possession a Jayco recreational vehicle, which was reported stolen. He faces up to two years in prison for that charge.

* He also faces a second possession of a stolen vehicle charge, by knowingly having in his possession a Harley-Davidson motorcycle that was reported stolen. He faces up to two years in the custody of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections if convicted.

* Frieburg’s final charge listed is an unlawful possession of a firearm while on probation. If convicted, he faces imprisonment for a period of not less than one year, and no more than 10 years.
