Logan County Rural Water District No. 1 released an alert Friday asking customers to conserve water during these hot and dry summer months.
The alert read:
“Logan County Rural Water District No. 1 is asking their customers to stop watering lawns or any other usage of water outside of inside home use. We will keep this in effect until we get significant rainfall.
“Thanks for your help in this drying time.”
Watering lawns and other excessive use of water outside is causing strain on the Logan County Rural Water District No. 1 until rainfall can help relieve it.
