At approximately 5:07 p.m., the Guthrie Police Department responded to a shooting victim in the 500 block of W. Noble/State Highway 33.
The victim, a 14-year-old, was being transported to the hospital from a personal vehicle after suffering multiple gunshot wounds. The driver flagged down a passing ambulance, but the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing, and no more information is currently available.
The roadway is currently closed from 2nd to 5th street on Noble/State Highway 33. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.
