Phil S. Davis died peacefully on April 12, 2021 in Palm Desert, California. He was born on March 30, 1946 in Guthrie, Oklahoma. He was a banker for his entire career and held positions with Bank of Oklahoma, Wells Fargo and most recently El Paseo Bank where he ultimately retired.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Diane Davis, in 2019. He is survived by a large loving family.
