Mary Elizabeth Paul, 82, of Coyle, OK passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 at her home with her children by her side. Mary was born on January 16, 1939 in Galveston, TX. She married the “James Dean” of Guthrie, Robert Paul on 1957.
She is survived by her four children: daughter, Teresa Davis and husband, Clint; son, Bobby Paul, Jr. and wife, Cynthia; son, Edward (Timmy) Paul and wife, Anita; and son, Chris Paul and wife, Laura. She is also survived by her sister, Darlene Vadder; in-laws, Mary and Charles Blatt; JoAnn and Gary Seaton; and Ed and Charlene Paul. Also surviving her are eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband of fifty-five years, Bobby; sister, Elaine Jones, and granddaughter, Nicole Paul Laughary.
A rosary will be held Monday, April 5, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. at Smith-Gallo Funeral Home, 220 North 1st St., Guthrie, OK 73044. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at St. Mary Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Summit View Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Smith-Gallo Funeral Home.
There will not be any visitation.
