Jack Fowler took his final journey on the morning of March 14, 2021 to be with his family, friends, and loyal companions, Max and Manfred. He was a resident of Brookdale North Assisted Living Bartlesville, Oklahoma.
He is survived by sisters Sandra Kay Adams of Olpe, Kansas, Judith Pulliam of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Diana Fowler of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and numerous much loved nieces and nephews.
Jack was preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Grace Fowler of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, and sister Lary Jean Schoenberg of Grove, Oklahoma.
Jack had been a resident of Guthrie, Oklahoma prior to moving to Bartlesville in 2016 to be closer to family.
Arrangements for a memorial service at the family property in Osage County will be announced later.
