Sean Craig Croy, age 29, entered eternal rest on December 22, 2025, in Edmond, Oklahoma. He was born on November 20, 1996, in Arlington, Texas, and was a beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, nephew, and friend.
Sean spent part of his childhood in Guthrie, Oklahoma, where he attended St. Mary’s Catholic School and received his First Communion, laying a foundation of faith that remained an important part of his life. During those years, he enjoyed Boy Scouts, football, and playing basketball, forming friendships and memories that stayed with him.
He later moved to Keller, Texas, where he graduated from Timberview High School. There, Sean played some football and was deeply involved in the chess club, reflecting both his competitive spirit and thoughtful nature.
Sean loved his friends deeply and always found ways to make each of them feel special. He had a generous heart, a gentle soul, and a unique ability to connect with people. He will be remembered as someone who cared sincerely, listened fully, and gave freely of himself. To those who loved him, Sean was a devoted son, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence brought comfort, laughter, and love.
Sean is survived by his mother, Genevieve Davis of Edmond, Oklahoma, and his father, Jason Croy of Texas; his siblings, Alexander Croy, Bradley White, and Cambrie White; and his cherished grandparents, Ron and Marilyn Clark of Guthrie. He also leaves behind his beloved nieces, Laylah and Izzy, who were a great joy and blessing in his life.
He is further survived by his Uncle Brian, Aunt Kathleen, Uncle Stefan, and Aunt Kylie, along with extended family and many friends who mourn his passing while trusting in God’s promise of eternal life.
Sean was preceded in death by his grandfather, Joseph Davis; his uncle and namesake, Sean Craig Clark; his great- grandparents, Charles and Rita Austin; Jim and Mary Hostak.
While his time on earth was far too short, Sean’s life was filled with love, faith, and meaningful connections. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, as they find peace in knowing he is now held in God’s loving embrace.
