Small Art, Big Impact with 175 Artists Featured Statewide

OKLAHOMA – Each year, the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition (OVAC) hosts the 12x12 Art Fundraiser, which features diverse art by 175 Oklahoma artists. Each artist creates a unique piece that is twelve-by-twelve inches, and the artwork is auctioned during the one-night event!
The team launched a few more balloons while the visitors from NASA and Sandia were on campus. OSU students described it as a once-in-a-lifetime experience to work alongside those top-tier aerospace engineering professionals.

NASA Jet Propulsion Lab works with OSU on Venus exploration project

(STILLWATER, Oklahoma, Aug. 16, 2021) — For centuries, astronomers and scientists have wondered about the conditions on Venus. Now, students from Oklahoma State University are working with NASA on ways to finally answer some of the burning questions surrounding Earth’s sister planet.

AAA Oklahoma Resumes Route 66 Centennial Countdown

TULSA – August 16, 2021 – Start your engines and get ready to travel because the AAA’s Route 66 Road Fest centennial celebration is out of the garage and back on course. Postponed for one year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, planning has resumed for the event, now set for June 18-26 of 2022.
Central will offer nine on-campus vaccine clinics between now and Oct. 1. In addition, the university offers a list of city and state resources for getting vaccinated.
