A tractor trailer flipped on the I-35 entrance ramp next to East Highway 33 in Guthrie. Oklahoma Highway Patrol said the semi-truck exited I-35 and lost power. Then the truck went through the exit and onto the entrance ramp before the tractor trailer overturned. Nobody is injured and the driver is safe.
