Logan County’s Board of Commissioners met Monday and approved several items, including an application for an Emergency Management Performance grant and a contract with Guthrie Public Schools for a School Resource Officer at Charter Oak Elementary.
There also was some discussion about ACCO-SIG (Association of County Commissioners of Oklahoma Self Insured Group) property and liability insurance, and deductible fund use.
Other items that were approved included: * Fiscal Year 2022 SEFA (Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards) Report.
* Fiscal Year 22-23 maintenance agreements with Summit Mailing & Shipping for the following offices: Treasurer ($1,267.44); County Clerk ($2,029.68) and Sheriff ($234.24).
* A maintenance agreement with Suntech for Fuelmaster account for District #1.
* Ingress and egress agreement with Tristan Gray, for clearing trees from a right-of-way.
* Acknowledging receipt of Notice of Tort Claim of Benjamin Williams and forwarding to
GRANT » PAGE 7 ACCO County Claims.
* Resolution and Settlement participation forms with manufacturers and distributors, including McKesson Corporation, Cardinal Health, Inc., and AmerisourceBergen for opioid lawsuit.
* Resolution and Settlement participation forms with manufacturers and distributors, including Johnson & Johnson, Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and OtthoMcNeil Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., for opioid lawsuit.
