7/22/24 3:17 PM - CITIZEN ASSIST: 300 block E Lincoln, Caller reported her ex-husband stated he had moved to Texas and was threatening to come back and take the kids.
7/22/24 4:11 PM – DOMESTIC: 400 block N Broad, Caller stated her husband was screaming at her and seemed to be very intoxicated.
7/ 23/ 24 9: 12 AM WELFARE CHECK: 300 block N Ash, Caller reported maggots falling from the upper floor to the lower floor. Caller further advised nobody had seen or heard from the upper tenant since the previous Saturday. Property owner would bring the keys for the apartment.
7/23/24 10:42 AM UNWANTED SUBJECT: 1300 block N Broad, Caller stated the grandmother was not to be on the property, the children are in the residence and would not answer because they were scared of her. A trespass order was issued.

7/23/24 9:53 PM – DISTURBANCE: 700 block E Springer, RP stated a white male came into yard and was trying fight them in front of their house.
7/24/24 2:08 AM – BURGLARY: 1100 block E Cleveland. Caller advised she was not at home but she saw on her cameras that someone was trying to break into her residence. Officers were unable to locate the subject.
7/24/24 10:12 AM PUBLIC DRUNK: Guthrie Upper Elementary School, Subject at the main entrance appeared to be drunk. Subject was arrested.
7/24/24 12:37 PM – DISTURBANCE: 1500 block E Harrison, Caller advised a male subject was harassing her and videoing her. Caller further advised she had guardianship of their children.
7/ 24/ 24 3: 00 PM – DISTURBANCE: 1500 block W Logan, Caller’s neighbor was upset that she was staying with her grandmother and Caller’s dog had pooped in the neighbor’s yard.
7/24/24 5:40 PM - JUVENILE CALL: 1500 block E Garfield, Caller reported a 9-year-old female was out of control and throwing things in the house.
7/24/24 6:57 PM - UNWANTED SUBJECT: 1300 block E Perkins, Caller stated her exboyfriend is knocking on her door, his mother lives across the street from her.
7/25/24 2:52 AM - INJURY TRAFFIC ACCIDENT: west of Forrest Hill and Coltrane, report received of a single vehicle in the ditch. Involved party reported being injured.
7/25/24 10:22 AM WELFARE CHECK: 800 block S Birch, female attempted to call, there was no answer then an open line. The party has a history of domestic violence reports. Report filed.
7/ 25/ 24 1: 14 PM CITIZEN ASSIST: Party appeared at the police station and wanted to talk to an officer about telepathic mind control.
7/ 25/ 24 2: 18 PM WARRANT SERVICE: LCSO, Burton, Chance, age 31, for city warrants. Subject arrested.
7/26/24 10:19 AM UNWANTED SUBJECT: 700 block E Springer, Caller advised she saw a black female that lives across the street go to her sister’s house on E Lincoln on the ring camera, and she is not supposed to be there. The subject should have had a trespass order against her logged back in February. A trespass order was issued.
7/26/24 11:05 AM UNWANTED SUBJECT: 500 block S Division, Caller reported a former employee in store that needed to be removed. A trespass order was issued.
7/26/24 2:48 PM - WELFARE CHECK: 200 block W Oklahoma, Caller advised a patient left the emergency room with an IV in his arm and other medical equipment. Subject was a white male with gray hair wearing a blue shirt and jeans.
7/26/24 2:51 PM - UNWANTED SUBJECT: 200 block W Harrison, Caller from the sno-cone stand reported someone dressed as a dog filming themselves. Caller wanted them off the property.
7/26/24 4:49 PM - WELFARE CHECK: 100 block Silent Way, Caller stated a female was crying and upset when Caller was at his address. The Caller stated her boyfriend is abusive.

7/ 27/ 24 3: 11 PM – DISTURBANCE: 400 block Milky Way, Caller advised 5-6 female subjects were in the front yard wanting to fight, because an item that was bought at a garage salee broke and they wanted the money back.
7/27/24 3:34 PM – ASSAULT: 3000 block W Universty Ave, an assault was reported between a minor and adult student, with video footage of the assault provided. Report filed.
7/27/24 7:48 PM - WELFARE CHECK: Caller reported she was concerned about a female subject, Caller stated they were here from Perry and were drunk. Female subject is apparently passed out in an alley.
7/27/24 8:04 PM – DISTURBANCE: 700 block E Lincoln, Caller advised someone was setting off fireworks and had a burn pile.
7/28/24 12:06 PM WARRANT SERVICE: Sooner and Divisionchild custody exchange – Ethridge, Leon, age 32, was arrested for a confirmed felony warrant from Garfield County.
7/28/24 2:13 PM - WELFARE CHECK: Caller stated he was a landlord and had given his female tenant a 30-day eviction order. Caller stated subject was making suicidal statements.
7/ 28/ 24 7: 24 PM WELFARE CHECK: 1100 block E Oklahoma, Caller advised her boyfriend stated he had a gun and was going to shoot himself. A second Caller was a friend and reported the subject had just left in a silver Lexus sedan with Nebraska plates.
7/28/24 10:16 PM – DISTURBANCE: 1000 block E Cleveland, Caller advised his parents are fighting Caller was involved and called back saying they had locked her out of the residence.
7/28/24 10:17 PM WELFARE CHECK: 1200 block Mockingbird Lane, Caller stated she had not heard from her 26- year- old daughter in several days and that her daughter had been known to be suicidal. The daughter had weapons in the home and requested officers make contact.
