Guthrie Firefighters Responded To A Record-Breaking 3,969 Incidents In 2022

Guthrie residents have a lot to thank our Fire Department for this year. Our firefighters responded to a total of 3,969 calls in 2022. That record-breaking number averages out to 11 calls per day!

The top major call number type by far was the need for rescue and emergency services. The department responded to 3,202 of those calls. Fires and “good intent” calls were the next most frequent calls they responded to, and they responded to more than
