Local teams make their marks in Cashion Relays

The Cashion Wildcat track teams hosted their annual Wildcat Relays on April 5 for Class 4A and under schools. While none of the three local schools won team titles in either division, there were some solid performances as the teams began the home stretch of the season.
The girls tennis team competed well at the Ada Tennis Tournament. (L-R) Kenzie Hardesty placed 6th at 2 singles, Hollie and Aspen Mitchell placed 5th at 2 doubles, Jillian Minter placed 5th with her partner Rylee Tobin far right at 1 doubles and Emma Poupard placed 3rd at 1 singles. So proud of these girls and how they competed today. All of them placed higher than their seed with the exception of 1 doubles and their only lose was to Ada.
