Cody and Kathy Hayes, along with their son, lay brick pavers at American Legion LeBron Post 58's Honor Park in Guthrie to honor her great-grandfather, Oscar Upham, a Medal of Honor recipient who served in the Spanish-American War, and Ivan Casey, a World War II veteran. Also honored are Air Force Capt. Katie Britt, currently serving, and her spouse, Master Sgt. Nicholas Hull, a U.S. Air Force veteran. Rain or shine, the tribute continues.
