Silvis will wrestle for UCO

  • Guthrie senior Wesley Silvis signed a Letter of Intent on May 9 to wrestle at University of Central Oklahoma next year. Silvis will wrestle at 197 pounds for the Bronchos. Silvis finished 24-7 this past season and a fourth place finish at 190 pounds in the Class 5A State Tournament. Silvis plans to major in kinesiology. Silvis is the son of Shawn and Lyndsey Silvis.
